Rob Robinson

I am an artist, designer and a multi media creator. I am strongly influenced by my living environment, having moved from an urban context to a rural coastal island studio.

My media tend to be repurposed industrial materials, high voltage cable, refrigeration tubing, electrical conduit and coils of wood veneer.

My subjects are organic, natural, environmental; mostly referenced from trees, shorelines and stone. My design sense is guided by geometry and visual proportion principles based upon Fibonacci sequences and golden section ratios.
